Privacy Policy
Last updated October 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Summit Creative LLC (“Postbye”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit our website, contact us, subscribe to a monthly design plan or hire us for a project. Summit Creative LLC is responsible for your personal information as described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you contact us, subscribe, create an account or send a design request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name and address, billing details, the content of your messages and the files and materials you send us.
Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment, the card type, the last four digits and the expiry date, but we never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time of the request. We use these logs to keep the site secure and working.
2. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed for the site to work, such as keeping you signed in to your account. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiries and prepare quotes
- To carry out your design requests and projects
- To charge your monthly plan and send renewal reminders
- To send service emails, such as delivery notices, billing receipts and changes to our terms
- To send our monthly Design notes email, if you have asked to receive it
- To prevent fraud, keep the site secure and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us run the studio, and only as much as they need:
- our payment processor, to take and refund payments;
- our file storage, design software and email providers, to hold your files and send messages;
- our website host, to run the site;
- our accountants and professional advisers, where needed.
These providers may use your information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
5. How long we keep it
We keep billing records for seven years to meet tax and accounting requirements. We keep account information and project files while your plan is active and for two years after it ends, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Inquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after two years. Server logs are kept for 30 days.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information, unless we need to keep it for a legal reason such as tax records.
Residents of California, Delaware and other US states with consumer privacy laws have these rights under those laws, and we will not treat you differently for exercising them. To make a request, email team@postbye.ai. We will confirm your identity by checking details from your account or a recent invoice, and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections on our site, limit access to client information and files to the people working on them, and choose service providers who protect information to recognised industry standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects it.
8. Children
Our site and services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for account holders, tell you by email before the changes take effect.
